Shipping policy

* Free shipping is available within Australia only for orders totaling $180 or more in the checkout (after discounts have been applied) 

All parcels will be shipped via Australia Post standard delivery unless express post was selected and paid.

Australia Post provides the following guidance in relation to shipping times;

Sending to same state (VICTORIA)
Metro - up to 2 business days
Country - up to 5 business days

Sending interstate (OUTSIDE VICTORIA)
Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on destination points
Country - up to 3-8 business days, depending on destination points

All orders will be processed with Australia Post tracking and relevant information will be provided to you to enable you to know exactly when your delivery will arrive.
